Crispy Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Lemon (or lemon juice)

  • Garlic Powder

  • Onion Powder

  • Brussels Sprouts


Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF

  2. Cut brussels sprouts in half (or quarters if they’re really big) and place on a baking sheet

  3. Drizzle a light layer of olive oil over the brussels sprouts, making sure not to drown them in oil

  4. Cut a lemon in half and squeeze one half over the brussels sprouts 

  5. Add a light layer of salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to the brussels sprouts

  6. With clean hands, mix all the ingredients together, making sure all of the brussels sprouts get coated 

  7. Bake for about 20ish minutes or until the brussels sprouts get super crispy

  8. Optional: put on broil for the last 3-5 mins
