Skinny Legend Sandwich

Ingredients
2 slices of sourdough bread, toasted
~ 1/2 tbsp hummus of your choice
1/4 avocado, mashed
Red onion (or any onion), thinly sliced
1/4 of a cucumber, thinly sliced
1/2 medium tomato, thinly sliced
Handful of micro-greens
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Directions
Start by toasting your sourdough
Then on one piece of bread, spread a generous layer of your hummus. On the other piece of bread, mash 1/4 of an avocado
Sprinkle some garlic and onion powder onto your avocado side
Then layer on some onions, cucumber, tomato and the handful of micro-greens
Carefully put the two sides together and serve with some chips so you don't feel like you're eating TOO healthy
