Skinny Legend Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of sourdough bread, toasted

  • ~ 1/2 tbsp hummus of your choice

  • 1/4 avocado, mashed

  • Red onion (or any onion), thinly sliced

  • 1/4 of a cucumber, thinly sliced

  • 1/2 medium tomato, thinly sliced

  • Handful of micro-greens

  • Garlic Powder

  • Onion Powder


Directions

  1. Start by toasting your sourdough

  2. Then on one piece of bread, spread a generous layer of your hummus. On the other piece of bread, mash 1/4 of an avocado

  3. Sprinkle some garlic and onion powder onto your avocado side

  4. Then layer on some onions, cucumber, tomato and the handful of micro-greens

  5. Carefully put the two sides together and serve with some chips so you don't feel like you're eating TOO healthy
