Becca's Crowd-Favorite Avocado Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 slice of sourdough bread

  • 1/2 ripe avocado

  • 1/4 lemon

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Onion Powder

  • Garlic Power

  • Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Sauce

Directions

  1. Start by toasting your bread

  2. While the bread is toasting, cut your avocado in half. Using a fork, scrape one half of the avocado inside the skin to create a mash. The skin acts as a little bowl so you don't have to clean more dishes

  3. Now squeeze 1/4 of your lemon into the mashed avocado. Mix around with your fork to incorporate

  4. Once your bread has finished toasting, you can now spread the avocado-lemon mash onto your toast

  5. With each of your seasonings (salt, pepper, onion & garlic powder) lightly cover the surface of the toast with the avocado mash on it

  6. Finish it off with a light drizzle of Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Sauce.
