Strawberry Shortcake Overnight Oats

Ingredients
1/3 cup of oats
1 tsp flak seed
1 tsp hemp seed
Heaping 1tbsp of walnuts
1 tbsp Chocolate chips
3 strawberries, chopped in small bite sized pieces
Drizzle of maple syrup
2/3 cup VANILLA alternative milk (or alternative milk plus a dash of vanilla extract)
Directions
In a bowl or Tupperware container, combine all of the ingredients listed above
Add the lid and shake, or with a spoon, mix up the ingredients.
Cover and place in the fridge for 6-8 hours to eat in the morning.
Can be served cold or heated in the microwave.
