Strawberry Shortcake Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup of oats

  • 1 tsp flak seed

  • 1 tsp hemp seed

  • Heaping 1tbsp of walnuts

  • 1 tbsp Chocolate chips

  • 3 strawberries, chopped in small bite sized pieces

  • Drizzle of maple syrup 

  • 2/3 cup VANILLA alternative milk (or alternative milk plus a dash of vanilla extract)


Directions

  1. In a bowl or Tupperware container, combine all of the ingredients listed above

  2. Add the lid and shake, or with a spoon, mix up the ingredients.

  3. Cover and place in the fridge for 6-8 hours to eat in the morning.

  4. Can be served cold or heated in the microwave.
