Chick'n Noodle Soup

Ingredients
Small onion, finely diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 stalks of celery, chopped
2 whole carrots, cubed
1 carton of vegetable broth (approx 5-6 cups)
Noodles
Trader Joe’s vegan chickenless seasoning salt
Thyme
Salt & Pepper
Directions
In a large pot or saucepan, heat the pan with about a tablespoon of olive oil
Once heated, add in your onion and garlic to the pan
Sauteé for about a minute
Add in your celery and carrots, stirring for about 3-5 minutes
Add in a whole carton of vegetable broth and bring to a boil
Add in a generous amount of thyme, salt & pepper. Add maybe ½ tsp of Trader Joe’s vegan chickenless seasoning salt
Once it has been boiling for 10 mins (maybe??) when the carrots are starting to get soft, add in the noodles (approx. 1.5 cups)
Cook until the noodles are al dente & then serve!
