Loaded Veggie Ramen

Ingredients
6 tsp Better Than Bouillon Seasoned Vegetable Base
2 tsp Sambal Oelek Ground Fresh Chili Paste
1/4 medium yellow onion, chopped
1 Zucchini, cubbed
Half carton mushroom, sliced
1 head of small bok choy, chopped
Ramen Noodles
Sriracha
Extra Firm Tofu, drained, pressed, and cubed
Directions
Drain and press your tofu before beginning the following steps
Bring 6 cups of water to a boil in a large soup pot
Once boiled, add in your 6 tsp of Better Than Bouillon Seasoned Vegetable Base
When the Bouillon paste liquifies, add in 2 tsp of chili paste, the onion, and zucchini
Let boil for about 3-5 minutes
Then add in your cubbed tofu, ramen noodles, mushrooms, & bok choy
Cook until the noodles are tender and the mushrooms have softened
Serve and top with sriracha (if desired)
