Loaded Veggie Ramen

Ingredients

  • 6 tsp Better Than Bouillon Seasoned Vegetable Base

  • 2 tsp Sambal Oelek Ground Fresh Chili Paste

  • 1/4 medium yellow onion, chopped

  • 1 Zucchini, cubbed

  • Half carton mushroom, sliced

  • 1 head of small bok choy, chopped

  • Ramen Noodles

  • Sriracha

  • Extra Firm Tofu, drained, pressed, and cubed


Directions

  1. Drain and press your tofu before beginning the following steps

  2. Bring 6 cups of water to a boil in a large soup pot

  3. Once boiled, add in your 6 tsp of Better Than Bouillon Seasoned Vegetable Base

  4. When the Bouillon paste liquifies, add in 2 tsp of chili paste, the onion, and zucchini

  5. Let boil for about 3-5 minutes

  6. Then add in your cubbed tofu, ramen noodles, mushrooms, & bok choy

  7. Cook until the noodles are tender and the mushrooms have softened

  8. Serve and top with sriracha (if desired)
