Simple Spring Rolls

Ingredients

  • Rice paper wrap

  • Cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced

  • Shredded carrots

  • Avocado, thinly sliced

  • Romaine lettuce, thinly chopped

  • Tofu, small 1/2 inch long cubes

  • Soy sauce

  • Sriracha

  • Garlic Powder

  • Sesame Oil

Directions

  1. Chop cucumber, avocado, and romaine lettuce into long thin slices

  2. Run rice paper under warm water until it starts to get flimsy

  3. Place veggies and tofu in rice paper wrap and roll up

  4. Serve with a combination of a tablespoon of soy sauce, small squirt of sriracha, dash of garlic powder and splash of sesame oil.
