Ultimate Vegan Burrito

Ingredients
Large whole wheat tortilla, warmed
1/4 cup black beans, cooked
1/4 cup brown rice, cooked
1 heaping spoonful of Siete spicy blanco queso
Your favorite salsa
Avocado (or guac)
Lettuce
White onion, diced
Cilantro, chopped
Directions
Start by heating up your black beans, brown rice, and queso. You can put these all together in the same bowl before popping in the microwave.
Lightly brown the tortilla on the stove
Now on top of your warmed tortilla, add your hot ingredients from the microwave, then top with salsa, avocado, lettuce, onion, and cilantro.
Then the most important part is to take a spoon and mix all the ingredients together so when you take a bite, you get all of the ingredients.
Then wrap it up and eat!
** Note: you can make this into a burrito bowl instead by serving over a bed of lettuce**
