Perfect Personal Pizza

Ingredients
Pita bread or naan, my favorite is the garlic naan from Trader Joe's
Marinara sauce
Vegan mozzarella (optional), Miyokos is the best brand
Mushrooms
Bell Pepper
Olives
Onion
Tomato
Nutritional yeast
Red Pepper Flakes
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350ºF
On a baking sheet or pizza stone, place your pita bread or naan
Spread a thin layer of your marinara sauce on the bread
Grate your vegan mozzarella (if you choose to have cheese on it)
Thinly slice all of your veggies and onion
Place your mushrooms, bell pepper, olives, and onions all over the bread
Then place thin slices of tomato on top of them
Bake for about 10 minutes? I turned mine to broil for the last minute or two to get the top crispier
Top with some nutritional yeast & red pepper flakes, cut and enjoy!
